HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET OUT OF JAIL?
The paperwork takes 15 to 20 minutes. The release time after the jail receives our paperwork is generally one hour or less, but this is dependent on how busy the jail staff is. The busier the holding facility is the longer it takes.
WHERE IS OUR OFFICE?
We are located at 428 N. Fredonia St., Longview, Texas. This is just a half of block north of the Gregg County Jail.
WHAT IS THE PREMIUM?
The Premium is the fee amount that a bonding company charges for their service. This is fee is non refundable.
WHAT IS COLLATERAL?
Collateral is money or property that is collected by the bonding company in addition to their fee. Collateral is refunded to the customer once the case has reached final disposition without a bond forfeiture (when the case is dismissed, the person is found not guilty, or when the person is found guilty and sentenced). If a bond forfeiture occurs then the collateral is liquidated and used by the bonding company to pay the courts.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON DOES NOT APPEAR IN COURT?
A warrant will be issued for the persons arrest and his name will be placed in law enforcement computers until he is apprehended. Normally if the person is rearrested within a reasonable amount of time no further action is taken. If the person is not rearrested quickly, the collateral taken will be forfeited to the bonding company. In the event no collateral was taken, the bonding company will seek restitution for the amount of the bond from the indemnitor (person who guaranteed the appearance).
